• All reservations must be accompanied by a 50% deposit.
• The remaining balance is due immediately upon arrival.
• 10% Discount for Repeat Guests. Not valid with any other 10% discount.
• 10% Discount if you book within 5 nights of your 1st night's stay.
• If you cancel your reservation at least 30 days in advance of your scheduled arrival, your deposit will be fully refunded.
• Cancellations made within 30 days of your scheduled arrival will result in the loss of your deposit, unless the home can be re-rented for the same period of time.
• This is NO SMOKING rental, which will be strictly enforced.
• Well behaved pets are negotiable; however, increased damage deposits and rates will apply.
• A $150 damage deposit is required. If the house is not damaged, and there is no evidence of smoking, your deposit will be refunded.
• Check-in time: 3pm or later
• Check-out time: 11am
• Visa and MasterCard are accepted.
• Requests for discounted lift tickets must be made at least two weeks in advance.
