- All reservations must be accompanied by a 50% deposit.
- The remaining balance is due immediately upon arrival.
- 10% Discount for Repeat Guests. Not valid with any other 10% discount.
- If you cancel your reservation at least 30 days in advance of
your scheduled arrival, your deposit will be fully refunded.
- Cancellations made within 30 days of your scheduled arrival will
result in the loss of your deposit, unless the home can be re-rented for the same period of time.
- This is NO SMOKING rental, which will be strictly enforced.
- Well behaved pets are negotiable; however, increased damage deposits
and rates will apply.
- A $150 damage deposit is required. If the house is not damaged, and there is no evidence of smoking, your
deposit will be refunded.
- Check-in time: 3pm or later
- Check-out time: 11am
- Credit Cards are not accepted.
- Requests for discounted lift tickets must be made at least two weeks
in advance.
- Two night minimum stay
